About teksonic.net
|
The Idea
Teksonic.net was formed in March 2002 by Duncan Caine in
response to a perceived need for a local computer service,
just like a domestic appliance service, where customers are
able to telephone or email for a quick and efficient home
or office visit when their computers started playing up.

Duncan Caine
 Duncan Caine
Duncan has lived in Great Bookham for 20 years and for
10 of those was with a major food manufacturer as the UK
Facilities Manager. Prior to that he spent 7 very enjoyable
years in Bahrain. Trained as an engineer, he naturally took
to Personal Computers, and was one of the first to own a ZX
Spectrum, on which he learned to write assembler (a skill
now long forgotten). Duncan has maintained his interest in
computer hardware and software and has a deep well of
knowledge which he now puts to use in Teksonic.net. Duncan
has a high customer service ethic and believes in the
personal approach to his customers.
